Add more tags (Disc tag at least)

Hey there, when ripping multiple CD Sets with rubyripper it is quite
annoying that the music player does not recognise it properly, because RR
is not able to write the DISC tag. Please add that option...

More useful tags:

Performer

Album Artist/Band (e.g. set to Various - used for Samplers and Soundtracks
- this way artist tag can be different for all songs, while the album will
still be recognised as "Various") Mind you, this is not supported in all
players, but it has become some kind of semi-standard.

Of course this should also include the naming section (meaning, how files will 
be
created)

I think this is a duplicate of issue 154 in respect to handling multiple discs. 

Albumartist is already supported in 0.5.3 I believe. For lame, vorbis and flac 
atleast...

If I missed anything, don't hesitate to request this issue to be reopened.
