80% OK ;) Need work on the cli part but gui is almost finished

97% ok, 2 not sure and 4 to do. It seems that some strings doesn't appears in 
the po
file so i can't translate them (in the cli version). Anyway, here's the file ;)

If you find some strings are not translatable yet, please add your input in 
issue 222.
