Repeat values in the wheel after the last value #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Take a 24 hr time picker
2.After 23 i want that the values from 0 should start from the bottom itself.
3.That means we dont have to scroll up again to go to 0th walue.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected : 0 shud come below 23
Instead : scroller ends at 23 then we need to scroll up to get the values 
starting from 0

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mobiscroll 2.2

Same applies to the 12 hour scroller (going from 12 to 11). This is a really 
annoying feature as the user is forced to scroll all the way to the start if 
they want 12.
