Mobiscroll not in center of screen #97

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a long form that display's with a scroll on iPad
2.Put mobiscroll in top part of page
3.when opening mobiscroll it shows in middle of the page, but not screen. Hense 
it's possible that it doesn't show up on your screen without scrolling down.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

As for all browser versions also show up on center of iPad screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 2.0 on iPad IOS 5
