Add BTPS launcher button #14

Expected Behavior

The BTMS has a BTPS launcher button.

Current Behavior

There is no BTPS launcher button.

Possible Solution

Add the button?

Context

Previous versions of the BTMS had this; I think I accidentally removed it during my recent updates.
