Description

remove debug statements that prevent epix100 pedestals from beng created combine if statetment to avoid ssh skip step through psdev update tools used for submitting elog messages ## Motivation and Context makepeds would no longer make pedestals for the epix100 ## How Has This Been Tested? ran the scripts & checked that pedestal code is not run.
