BUG: `happi transfer` default values are broken #334

Expected Behavior

This should work...

Current Behavior

as expected list entries (input_branches, output_branches) are broken
Taking default actually writes the whole string take default: {value}, instead of just value (src)
when asked to amend entries, no option to take default. Also enforce regex rules can be hard to decipher

Possible Solution

pls fix

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Try to transfer from a a container with fewer fields to one with more

Context

Tried to transfer from OphydItem -> LCLSItem and was thoroughly embarrassed
