Make post-scan retrieval process togglable #21

Expected Behavior

Allow retrieval to optionally be performed automatically after a scan.

Current Behavior

Retrieval automatically is kicked off after every scan, without an option to stop it.

The retrieval does not need to happen automatically. This will slow us down sometimes. "Start scan" and "retrieve pulse" could be separate steps (buttons).

Your Environment

The button Recalculate currently performs what the user is requesting for "Retrieve pulse"

Perhaps it could be relabeled or relocated?
