Interlock VGC 17 #26

VGC 17, leading to the sample delivery chamber is not interlocked

If I recall correctly, this was already discussed a couple months ago. The consensus was: Upstream ILK: CRIX-PTM-04 and CRIX-VGC-06 Downstream ILK: CRIX-GCP-03
