ENH: monitor EPICS values for motors + areaDetector centroid

Description

• Add function block to monitor EPICS motors through pytmc "link" pragmas
• Add function block to monitor EPICS AreaDetector centroid stats through pytmc "link" pragmas
• Add test suite for both
