Description

added fOffset and fResolution to FB_AnalogInput
added pytmc pragma to fReal

Motivation and Context

Implementing new analog inputs for Keyence FDQ-20C Flow Meters, needed resolution and offset.

How Has This Been Tested?

This was tested on lcls-plc-tmo motion using IM4K4 as a test piece.
