Current Behavior

The unit tests fail on the plc/tc version in the title, seemingly due to timing errors?

Expected Behavior

The unit tests need to pass on the plcs we plan on using on the beamline

Context / environment

TwinCAT BSD with a self-reported TwinCAT 4025.3 (which doesn't seem like a valid version to me?) Currently this is plc-tst-bsd

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

run the unit tests

Suggested Solution

Update the PLC to a known/normal version of TwinCAT
Investigate the timing errors in the unit tests

4025.3 is a weird inbetween dev version that we won't need to support passes on 4026.2
