More Flexible Configuration #8

Operations that use the configuration file to configure the TPR should be implemented with conditional statements to allow for more flexible use of the configuration file and function.

I frankly can't remember what I meant by this. :( The code already deals with varying numbers of channels and configs. Going to close this.
