xraydb dependency causing downstream issues #21

Current Behavior

xraydb 4.4.7 was released last year; this is the last version available on conda-forge
xraydb 4.5.0 was released this year; it's pinned against sqlalchemy >1.4 (this is not yet on conda-forge; the PR has been open for days)
sqlalchemy 2.0 was just released a few days ago with changes incompatible to libraries using 1.4 as in xraydb 4.4.7

Possible Solution

Keep xraydb <4.5.0 and sqlalchemy at <2.0 until the newer version of the package is available
