Add record to begin #15

Expected Behavior

daq.begin(record=True)

Current Behavior

record is purely a configuration parameter

Possible Solution

Allow all configuration parameters in begin, configure first if one is found. Consider these to be "single run" configurations that will be undone unless asked for again. This doesn't interfere with the bluesky kickoff.

Context

It has been suggested to enable this syntax for easier usage
