Travis CI free tier nearly out of credits for slaclab #237

pcdshub recently went on Travis CI's paid tier, but slaclab has not.

Either we wait for the migration of our CI scripts to (something else), or we migrate this repository to pcdshub.

Transferred to pcdshub, where we are Travis-rich and not Travis-poor. Closing.
