Add fields to autosave defaults #286

Alarm limit and severity fields should be autosaved for all records
Description fields probably should also be autosaved

Anything else?

In general, things that are stored entirely on the IOC rather than being updated with live PLC data should be autosaved. I can't immediately think of additional examples that aren't already being saved.
