What would this look like?

New repository ioc-kfe-at1k4-calc
Submodule solid_attenuator
Script to create environment
Startup script which looks similar to https://github.com/pcdshub/ioc-archstats/blob/master/st.cmd

I think I'm sold on this pattern. I don't like having startup scripts tied so closely with the source code as is the current case.

New repo: https://github.com/pcdshub/ioc-lfe-at2l0-calc Will migrate this to the new host today
