Description

Add screens for AT1K4 and similar SXR solid attenuators (L2SI 4-blade, <= 8 filter variant)

Motivation and Context

Screens are nice.

How Has This Been Tested?

Locally, with the simulation IOC.

Where Has This Been Documented?

It has not.

This needs to be copied into typhos or an alternative screen repository soon.

There's nothing to review here, unless someone runs the IOC/opens these in designer. Merging as these appear to work well enough for starters.
