3 years ago - Also adds new checkout bypass hooks, replacing the "hack the OMSL/input link during the scan"-style.
- Aggregates tools from the IOC directory for ease of access
- As such, this is a bit messier than our normal Python code (sorry...)
- New dependencies and fixed dependencies (direct imports not in requirements.txt) / conda-forge warning reminder
