Develop a tool for coreboot binary configuration before flashing.

I believe the most important requirements are:

compatibility with Linux and BSD (let's start with FreeBSD< pfSense and OPNSense)
ability to shuffle the boot order
ability to toggle the feature options
ability to operate offline on the raw binary or on the flash directly
ability to print current settings and boot order
