Bugfix found in fork #24

In https://github.com/flok99/RaspberryPi-AS3935/commit/0db5bca24f5f8e2c0ec1e2f7ccd3344be528ca56 it is mentioned that noise floor limit bits according to data sheet are 6:4 and not 5:3 which is what the code here currently assumes. Could you incorporate this?
