“invalid merkle tree" error #47

Sometimes state-inconsistent occurs，and importing preimages from normal node could fix this.

So we need a check&synch mechanism to keep preimages correct

Pchain needs to build a health-check module, to check this kind of issues, like rpc-response/block-synchronization etc. And do according actions
