Following changes were made:

Github action were reorganized to test code against python version, os and pytest
File format for README was changed from RST to Markdown
PNG Image was replaced by GIF image
Few smaller README updates

Could you check if such change has impact on you (especially change README.rst to README.md)?

We'll just update the RPM specfile during the next update in Fedora.
