PDB: Amino acids 'in contact' #11

We have information of AAs in contact form PDB. This should give us a strong 'MSA' prior:

i) Is it really happening? If so, how much is the elevated prior?

ii) Wouldn't it be better to just use the knowledge that they are "in contact"? But the problem is how to incorporate this knowledge
