lazy loading and Refresh(F5) #126

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Expand lazy loading tree's node, then press F5. Expanded node collapses
and appears "-", although node don't show inner nodes and it had them
before refresh.

(If possible, please attach an example HTML file, that works when copied
into the dynatree/doc/ folder.)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I think, refresh shouldn't affect dynatree.

What version of the product are you using?
On what operating system and browser?

I used example from dynatree site. Browser: Firefox.
