'disable' is broken #145

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open http://wwwendt.de/tech/dynatree/doc/sample-api.html
2. click 'disable'
3. click a tree node

Using FF 3.6

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Clicking nodes should be ignored.
Instead, nodes are still active.

Well, it's not more broken than it ever was :)
Activation, expansion, events etc. are blocked. 
But nodes get a focus css style, when clicked. Also focus events seem to get 
through.

This issue is addressed with Dynatree 2.0 ('fancytree')

As of 2014 Dynatree is feature frozen.
Please have a look at Fancytree (sequel of DynaTree 1.x): chances are good that 
the problem was resolved / the requested featuer is already implemented.
Please open a new issue there otherwise:
