www.reddit.com/r/sexsells does a great job with their automod on this. Basically, if someone posts a [rvw] for a user, it gets picked up and stored by automod. If the user who has been reviewed posts, automod displays data about that user, including the number of verified reviews with a hyperlink to view them (a reddit search querry).
We can use this same methodology to allow buddies to post reviews about other buddies, show verified prooject completions... basically show that the sub is active rather than a job board feel. This is beyond my automod config skill
