Make distcheck doesn't work for Glue Codec #22

Get error:
make[3]: *** No rule to make target `test_sanity.sh'.  Stop.

Someone with more experience with automake can probably figure this out.

Fixed this in r123 by putting the test scripts into EXTRA_DIST
