Update the docs to explain that matlab will try to find teh rl-glue codec,
but yhou should still set the java path.

Also mention that RL_set_port and RL_set_host can be used to choose default 
ports and
hosts for RL-Glue.

We actually have a full matlab installer now, so we can be quiet about it 
finding
rl-glue.
