When a group a user is in is altered -- members added/removed, items claimed/unclaimed, etc -- the user should receive feedback or a notification of some kind.

Current email notifications:

Invited to a group as a new member
Added to a group as an existing user

Suggested for birthdays and individual wishlists:

someone that is not the wisher has claimed an item (email to other givers)
