added advsettings #5

Added advanced settings on the login page. For now, it has an option which asks whether the user wants to prefer secure or insecure connection. The other part has a dropdown menu, which asks the user to choose a server, the default one for this is iitk.ac.in

Currently it asks only for server and isSecure. Add the other advanced settings as well.
