lazy loading implemented and build issue fixed #54

commented the dekstop and tablet UI code and its supplementary code in other folders
implemented lazy loading of the past mails as the user scrolls down & removed sequence id from email model
fixed the issue that was preventing build in android device & renamed the app title in the android device from "test_drive" to "IITK Mail Client"
