UTF-8 for Side Encoding #45

The accepted values for the Site Encoding settings does not appear to be documented anywhere, and it is unclear to me what settings should be used for sites that support utf-8 like bbsu@ptt.cc:23. I have so far tried "utf8", "utf-8" and various uppercase variants to no avail.

For PTT there's no real need to use UTF-8 encoding, you can just use BIG5 to connect bbs@ptt.cc:22
