Test cadence support #13

Bipolar 0.1.0 theoretically already supports cadence data (both foot and bike), however, I don't yet have any cadence data (nor any cadence devices).

So if someone is willing to install Bipolar 0.1.0 (or later) and test TCX generation with cadence info, that would be really appreciated

PS I do have both the bike sensors, and footpod on their way... just haven't received them yet.

I do have both the bike sensors, and footpod on their way...

They arrived today. Will test out the cadence support tonight, or tomorrow at the latest

Doh! :frowning: Just realised I left my USB sync cable at the office... won't be able to process any data tomorrow :frowning:

Ah well, will have to wait 'till Thurs to test the cadence data.

Awesome work man ! I just tested with my last ride and cadence looks to be working great. I don't know how to really know for sure but I can see some infos (Moy and Max) when I put the exercice in Strava.

Great news!!

Thanks for letting us know!

Now we just need the foot pod cadence tested (I'll doing this Sunday, if no-one gets in before then), then we can close this issue.

Thanks again

I uploaded a few files from my runs with a footpod and the cadence data looks good. I'll have at least one public one soon once Strava pulls from my Sporttracks account.

Edit: Here's one of the files converted using Bipolar with Cadence on Strava, looks good http://www.strava.com/activities/173957063

That's excellent @profanum429!

Thanks both you guys for testing the cadence support - allows me to keep focused on coding :yum:
