HRM export #14

Some people have expressed interest in exporting session data to Polar's HRM format too.

Should be possible.

I'd say HRM support is now somewhere around 50% implemented. Of course, the last 20% usually takes 80% of the time! ;)

HRM export is ~90%. All that remains is the training target phase stuff.

I'm assuming I can setup a target-based training session to get the necessary *-phases data.

Either way, I doubt this work will make it into the next release (0.1.2). But probably will make it into the one after (0.1.3), unless the OSX stuff makes it in first.

Should make for a very interesting weekend

Early "preview" HRM export was included in 0.2, which was just released. Note, HRM support is not final / nor supported in the 0.2 release. Should be officially supported in 0.2.1 though.

AFAIAC, HRM output is complete now. However, the standard is quite poorly documented (certainly much worse than GPX and TCX), and PPT5 doesn't even obey "the standard", so there will be issues / bugs.

Also, there's no training target phases yet, because the data is simply not available from FlowSync.

Pretty much everything else works as expected, AFAICS.
