Figure out how to parse / extract it from the protobuf data.

Basic heart rate all sorted.

Still no idea how to interpret the RR samples, but then I don't think either GPX nor TCX support that data directly (though both support extensions, of course), and I suspect that no apps / sites are ready to take it anyway (other than flow.polar.com, of course).
