We need to scrape the data from this page

https://my.sa.ucsb.edu/catalog/Current/UndergraduateEducation/EthnicityCourses.aspx

and capture it in some format that we can read in our Java code, whether that be JSON, or CSV or whatever.

[ ] Save data in some format
[ ] Write code that reads that data into the Spring Boot app
