7.1.2 release - tree lock regression #286

Big thanks to some friends that pointed out that there seemed to be an issue loading files on master and 7.1.1. The issue only shows up in the Viewer RI which is still unfortunate. Will get a 7.1.2. release as soon as possible.

7.1.2 has been pushed to nexus with fixes that address this issue and few other tweaks.
