I had this happen in b34 as well, but it went away so I didn't pursue it.
After installing b35 I tapped the Open button in Test Flight. It launched and displayed a blank Timeline with an active spinner, then crashed quickly after. Opening the app after that resulted in the same issue for 4 to 5 times.
I found the app still "running" in the app switcher (or whatever it's called). Bringing it to focus from there led to the crash again. Closing out the app from the switcher and launching fresh also led to the same crash.
I tooted not long after that from another iOS app. Moments later, I thought to check once more, because it once fixed itself in b34. This time it worked and the toot I had just made was displayed at the top of the Timeline as expected.
I downgraded to b34. Worked fine.
I upgraded back to b35. Works fine.
I wonder if that toot might have somehow fixed the crash.
