Scrolling Settings view from bottom to top closes Settings container #66

Expected Behavior

Settings container stays still while doing a long scroll from the bottom of the view within to the top.

Actual Behavior

While scrolling the view from the bottom to the top pulling finger down the screen, the Settings container moves as well until it closes.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Flicking the view up and down works fine but long pulling within the container closes it.
