b45 (and before): DM are not shown differently in notifications #82

Expected Behavior

Looking at notifications, the fact that a toot is a "DM" should be obvious.

Actual Behavior

No way to distinguish between regular toots & DM in notifications.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Receive a "DM"
  2. Look in Notifications
  3. No special marking to show it is one.
