bcdboot.exe failed with code -1073741510! #358

Ran CopyFilesToVM.ps1 and got this error bcdboot.exe failed with code -1073741510! and could not determine the reason. Ran the script again without any changes and it worked successfully. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
