[REQUEST] Enhance -o arg so that it can also take an exact filename output

Rather than just an output directory (parse can just check for a file extension?) This is for use in places where your code/system may already have an intended output location/filename. Currently you'd need to add some janky custom step to find the file output by deew and then rename it to the expected filename
