What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Texture coruption.

The same issue is repeatable with any 4-bit CLUT containing 16-bit colors. A 
"break;" was missing so those CLUTs were wrongly handled as a 4-bit CLUT 
containing 32-bit colors.
