Add command line switches and key shortcuts to pcsp #26

Add command line support:

pcsp.exe /e "myfile.iso"

or

pcsp.exe "myfile.iso"

And shortcuts to file open, settings..

there is command line support :)

You are free to add missing stuff if you wanted to :) For any help you can

sorry i don't find it :D

well i need help with the command line parameters to send a iso file to pcsp 
and run it automatically like with pcsp-umd under windows-
