"no configuration wizard" starts when making config private or shared if its the only one

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure Tunnelblick 3.1b14 with exactly one .tblk
2. Open the Details window, and click "make private" or "Share configuration", 
respectively.
3. Confirm and enter admin password
4. Tunnelblick will show the dialog that allows you to pick an existing config, 
or create a new one.

What is the expected output?
Wizard does not appear

What do you see instead?
Wizard appears although config exists. Quitting and restarting Tunnelblick 
shows the config in its expected state

What version of Tunnelblick are you using? On what version of OS X?
3.1b14 (build 2023) on 10.6.4
