Define organizer role #25

The hat is controlled by the host.

In a future version the hat can be controlled by a set of hosts.

A simple implementation can rely on high trust.

Each connected user may receive the organizer role.

As an organizer, you may forfeit your role. The organizer role can be assigned randomly to another now connected person, as if you've been drinking too much and are unable to focus and finish the game, another family member will help out, and be the second in charge.
