Organizer can launch the campaign and correctly and randomly assign participants (including themselves) to each other.

The simplest version here is to have one game only, first person who arrives to the site can claim the organizer role and has special privileges.

Perhaps others can "steal" the organizer role if the current organizer drops off (bad connection) or is incompetent.

At least one organizer must exist, it's the person with the hat, they are the hat.

A call must be made by the organizer to trigger the random correct assignments of pairs.

Given the strong trust and fair-play assumption we can relax the organizer role in favour of anyone to act as organizer.
