You are only talking about the lat/lon or is the address messed up for some calls?
The location data is from https://haminfo.tetranz.com/map and I believe they don't pull coordinates for PO boxes. Adding lat/lon for the zip code is a good idea. Wonder if it should indicate the reduced accuracy? Can you find a permissibly licensed DB of Zip/Coordinates?
Lat/lon. Haven't found any calls with incorrect addresses, but the lat/lon field is good for calculating grid squares and returning them in my processed results. Here's an "unlicense" database, but it's CSV so not sure how hard that would be to process: http://federalgovernmentzipcodes.us/download.html
There's also this one that's CC w/ Attribution licensed. http://download.geonames.org/export/zip/
Currently, if a PO Box is listed over a physical address under a license, no location data is provided and the entire line of data is omitted.
Not sure if this is the route you'd want to go, but it would be neat if it provided the location of the ZIP code or city's center point instead of omitting the line entirely.
